Reflective notes: I reached the school sharp at 7:00am before assembly. As I reached early so I observed the arrivals of students and teachers in the school. Due to familiar with school staff I feel very comfortable to interact with them. The bell rang for the assembly. There was a well-disciplined environment in the assembly as it began with recitation of verses of Holy Quran followed by the NAAT Sharif and message of the day at the end of assembly the
assembly. As I reached early so I observed the arrivals of students national anthem played. After the assembly students started moving to the class and after marking the attendance the faculty also moved to their concerned classes. Due to first day in school I have spend the time with head of the school. After all the discussion the head called an energetic and matured teacher Mr. Zawar Ali assigned to be my mentor. I moved to the Grade 7h classroom with my mentor when I entered the classroom student welcomes me with whole heartedly and warmly. Mentor introduced me to the students and informed them about my work description. Students were also directed to cooperate with me. My mentor starts teaching the Biology subject. I observed that in beginning he was active but after few minutes he become passive and make the students active. He made the students to participate in the class by calling on the stage and giving them the group and individual activity.
Mentor’s comments: Mr. M.Rizwan is keen observer and making good notes of the field activities in the school.

After the assembly students started moving to the class and after marking the attendance the faculty also moved to their concerned classes. I moved to the Grade 5th classroom with my mentor when I entered the classroom student welcomes me with whole heartedly and warmly. Mentor introduced me to the students and informed them about my work description. Students were also directed to cooperate with me. My mentor starts teaching the science subject to the class and here I am keen to observe the pros and cons of his teaching methodology and classroom environment. I observed that in beginning he was active but after few minutes he become passive and make the students active. He made the students to participate in the class by calling on the stage and giving them the group and individual activity. When the recess bell rang the entire teachers gathered in the staff room at have a tea party. After the recess I came back from the school.

I moved to the Nursery classroom with my mentor when I entered the classroom kids welcomes me with whole heartedly and warmly. It was one of pleasurable moment for me that the kid’s room was very colorful and divided into different corners. My mentor told me that room is known as ECE room then my mentor introduced me to the kids and informed them about my work description. Students were also directed to cooperate with me. My mentor start dealing and here I am keen to observe the pros and cons of his dealing methodology with kids and classroom environment. I observed that kids were very playful and my mentor was equally enjoying the task. It was amused to witness that my mentor act equally childish while dealing with kids. I spent all the day with kids and enjoyed all the tasks

After the assembly students started moving to the class and after marking the attendance the faculty also moved to their concerned classes. Once again today I moved to the Nursery classroom with my mentor when I entered the classroom kids welcomes me with whole heartedly and warmly. It was one of pleasurable moment for me that the kid’s room was very colorful and divided into different corners. Today feel that kids were more familiar and friendly to me than yesterday. My mentor start dealing and here I am keen to observe the pros and cons of his dealing methodology with kids and classroom environment. I observed that kids were very playful and my mentor was equally enjoying the task. It was amused to witness that my mentor act equally childish while dealing with kids. I spent all the day with kids and enjoyed all the tasks

My mentor start teaching the English subject of class 3.his methodology was very perfect and He is also taking assessment of his teaching by asking the questions to the class students here I am keen to observe the pros and cons of his teaching methodology and classroom environment. I observed that in beginning he was active but after few minutes he become passive and make the students active. He made the students to participate in the class putting the student’s math’s question and make the group to solve them. After all the proceedings He gave the home work to the class.

The bell rang for the assembly. There was a well disciplined environment in the assembly as it began with recitation of verses of Holy Quran followed by the NAAT Sharif and message of the day at the end of assembly the national anthem played. After the assembly students started moving to the class and after marking the attendance the faculty also moved to their concerned classes. As I and my mentor was discussing about today schedule we were informed that monitoring person has arrived. My mentor told me that there is monthly visit of MEA in which he monitors the student attendance, faculty attendance, school cleanness, LND test etc. My mentor directed me to assist the MEA and observe the procedure of school monitoring. Then I was introduced to the MEA and my work description. Then I witnessed all the proceeding of the monitoring. The Head of the school is held responsible for r the provision of all the record asked by the MEA. After all the record assessment and monitoring there is LND test of the class 3 in which randomly selected students by MEA are supposed to give the test of the Urdu, Math and English on tablet. After the recess I came back from school. Mentor’s comments: AS today there was visit of MEA so He was directed to observe the proceeding of monitoring. He observes and assists the MEA in very smooth manner

The first Aid box was also available in the school but it’s not the case for the ordinary person. In time of 7 minutes the rescue 1122 service arrives and shift the student to the ambulance with a senior teacher is accompanied with the sick student. After the assembly students started moving to the class and after marking the attendance the faculty also moved to their concerned classes. I moved to the Grade 5th classroom with my mentor my mentor starts teaching the science subject to the class and here I am keen to observe the pros and cons of his teaching methodology and classroom environment. I observed that in beginning he was active but after few minutes He become passive and make the students active. Day 10: Friday Date: 13 Oct 2017 Reflective notes:
I have chosen to discuss two of Mr. Zawar Ali lessons that combined, combined covered at two hours interval. He stated the class every morning with him reading lesson. Mr. Zawar Ali walked over to his chair, sat down and called the children over and told them to all sits as “Indian style”. After every child was seated with their hands in their lap, Mr. Amir began explaining what story He would reading to the class the morning. As he read, he used group altering by periodically asking the students questions pertaining to the characters or the words in the story. Such as “which word rhyme in this sentence?” or “What is the feeling word?” This made the engaged time with the students last longer since they knew they would be asked to answer. After reading the lesson, he would then tell the kids to disperse into their groups and tell them what corners to go to. Mr. Zawar Ali later explained that the kids were grouped based on their scores from a test given at the beginning of the year. This way, he knew he would have to work longer with a certain group or not as longer with another based on how much they previously knew. The
kids then either went to the computer corner, the teacher’s aide, or to work with Mr. Irfan. At each corner the children worked on word identification, reading, phonics and spelling. The children who needed the help more worked with Mr. Zawar Ali while the others worked at various
corners’ made the video of all the proceedings in which I focus the mentor, student’s activities and overall environment of classroom

As I and my mentor was discussing about today schedule we were informed that Deputy DEO Mianwali has arrived for the visit. My mentor told me that there is monthly visit of Deputy DEO Mianwali in which He look after the learning and other condition of school .My mentor directed me to assist the Deputy DEO and observe the procedure of school inspection and monitoring. Then I was introduced to the Deputy DEO and my work description. The Head of the school is held responsible for the provision of all the record. After all the record assessment and monitoring there is Deputy DEO proceeds to the classrooms and ask different question from the students and teachers. He shows his satisfaction on overall condition of the school. After the recess I came back from school.

As today there was visit of Deputy DEO so he was directed to observe the proceeding of monitoring. He observes and assists the Deputy DEO in very smooth manner.

I reached the school sharp at 7:15am before the assembly. The bell rang for the assembly. There was a well disciplined environment in the assembly as it began with recitation of verses of Holy Quran followed by the NAAT Sharif and message of the day at the end of assembly the national anthem played. After the assembly students started moving to the class and after marking the attendance the faculty also moved to their concerned classes. I discussed today schedule with my mentor. He asked me that now it’s my turn to express my learning experiences by presenting a lecture in the class for next days. Then we discussed the topic which I have to present in the class. We were agreed to present a topic of grade 5 science in the class which then I prepared my presentation for next one hour. Meanwhile my mentor assist me in making and preparation of lecture, he guides me about the SLOs and the activities which I have to perform in the class room. Then he told me how to indulge the students in the lecture and their participation in the lecture. After all discussion we both we went to the classroom. After the greetings Mr.Zawar Ali told the students that today I will deliver the presentation. My mentor sat at the end of the class room and witnessed and observed my presentation. He makes the notes of my presentation. After my presentation he told my weakness and strength of the presentation.

After the assembly students started moving to the class and after marking the attendance the faculty also moved to their concerned classes. I discussed today schedule with my mentor. He told me that as today is last day we will conduct a final lesson in which I deliver a lesson and He will observe me. I asked his to make a video of the lesson in which He will focus my lesson delivering style, student involvement and overall environment of classroom. Then we discussed the topic which I have to present in the class. We were agreed to present a topic of grade 5 science in the class which then I prepared my presentation for next one hour. After all discussion we both we went to the classroom. After the greetings Mr. Zawar Ali told the students that today I will deliver the final lesson. My mentor sat at the end of the class room and starts making the video. I started with the message of day then I introduced the topic tom the students then I told them about the topic after first half then I become passive make the students to participate by giving them the individual and group activity, At the end of the lesson a I assign a homework to the student. After the lesson my mentor praised my skills and then we had a farewell with all the faculty and head teacher in which I thanks to the entire faculty and specially my mentor Mr. Irfan for assisting me and making my assignment so easy and possible.
Mentor’s comments: It was the final day the assignment Mr. Rizwan delivered the lesson it was more than awesome and it was wonderful experience with his. He was keen observer and hardworking. He was very sincere to his work. May ALLAH ALMIGHTY succeed his in the every aspect of life.

پاکستان میں 65 سالہ بزرگ نے ریاضیات میں ڈگری حاصل کر دے

پاکستان میں پہلی دفعہ گلگت بلتستان کے نو نہال طالباء گروپ نے روبوڈ وال پیٹ مشین ایجاد کر دیا ۔
میں چند روز قبل ایک علمی ورکشاپ میں شریک ہوئے تھے جہاں پاکستان بھر کے بڑے بڑے جامعات سے مفکرین، دانشور، طلباء و طلبات سمیت ملک بھر سے ماہر ڈاکڑز شریک تھے ، جس میں مختلف سیشن ہوئے ، دوسرے روز شام 4 بجے کے سیشن میں ایک ڈاکٹر صاحب آئے اور اپنی تقریر شروع کرئی جس میں انہوں نے جوانوں کی ذمہ داریاں، پورے پاکستان کی حال اور مستقبل پر سیر حاصل گفتگو کی، ان کے بعد دوسرے صاحب  کی باری آئے اور شروع ہو گئے۔ جس میں انہوں نے پاکستان کی تعلیمی شرح خواندگی کا اُلٹا حساب پیش کیا جس میں ایک انہوں نے کہا کہ پیشاور پاکستان کا سب سے خواندہ صوبہ ہے جہاں پر 97۔9 فیصد خواندگی ہے جس کی وجہ وہاں کے عماء اور پی ٹی آئی حکومت کی ہےجہون نے تعلیم کو اتنا عام کر دیا کہ ہر گھر  میں علم کی شمع روشن ہوئے۔  اسی طرح سند ہ سرحد اور بلوچستان کا بھی تارے رہے سب کے سب خاموش سن رہے تھے ۔ مگر سیشن کے آخر میں جب سوالات کا سلسلہ شورع ہوا میرے ذہن میں یہ سوال پیدا ہوا کہ موصوف نے جو شرح خواندگی کی اعداد و شمار بتائے وہ سب کے سب غلط ہے۔ مجھے مشکل یہ ہو رہا تھا کہ ایک بڑے آدمی سے کیسے بات کرو؟ کیسے کہوں کہ وہ غلط ہے۔ اللہ کی مدد سے میں نے ہمت کی اور بغیر نام لئے اپنے  معلومات کو بتانے کی کوشش کی اور موصوف کی اصلاح کے لئے اتنا کہا جناب جو اعداد و شمار آپ پشاور کے بتا رہے ہے وہ پشاور کے ہونگے مگر پاکستان میں اس وقت سب سے آگئے اور تعلیمی لحاظ سے شرح خواندگی گلگت بلتستان کی ہے جو کہ 98 فیصد سے زائد کا کہا جاتا ہے ۔ یہ فیصد کسی این جی یا کسی خاص پارٹی کی کارکردگی نہیں یہ سب کے سب ہمارے علماء ممبر و محراب ، تبلیغ ودعوت فکر اور حصول علم کا جننون ہے جو آج پورے پاکستان کو لیڈ کرنے کی پوزیشن میں ہے۔  اتنا کہنا تھا کہ سیشن  کے صدر نے میرے ہاں میں ہاں ملایا ور پورے ہال میں تالیوں کی گونچ اُٹھی میں خاموشی سے بیٹھ گئے۔
یہ تو ایک سیشن کی کہانی تھی مگر آج پورے پاکستان میں ہم گلگت بلتستان والے واقعاٍ پورے پاکستان کو لیڈ  کرنے کی پورزیشن میں کھڑے ہے جس میں تمام شعباجات، چاہئے سائسن اور ٹیکنالوجی، سماجی علوم ،آرٹس ، اسلامک سائنس، سوشل سائنس سمیت، طب اور فنون کی سائنس میں بھی ہم آگے نظر آتے ہیں۔
تعلیم کی بات جہاں پر بھی جسیا بھی ہو کسی جامعات کی بات ہو ، یا پوزیشن ہوڈلز کی بات ہو تو صف اول میں ہمارا نام نظر آتا ہے۔ اسی طرح دو دن پہلے قراقرم بین اقوامی جامعہ میں ایک بزرگ جس کی عمر 65 سال سے زائد کا کہا جاتا ہے ۔ یہ ہماری علم دوست ہونے کا منہ بولتا ثبوت ہے کہ ہمارے قوم کتنا علم دوست ہے ،۔ انہوں نے شعبہ ریاضیات میں ڈگری حاصل کی،
دوسرے جانب اگر ہم ملک کے دیگر شعبہ زندگی پر نظر دھرائے تو اسی ہفتہ میں پاکستان میں پہلی دفعہ روبوڈ وال پینٹ مشین بنانے کا اعزاز بھی گلگت بلتستان  سکردو سکمیدان سے تعلق رکھنے والے نو نہان طالب علم خواجہ کامران اور ان کے ٹیم کے نام جاتا ہے کہ ٹیکناجوجی کی دنیا میں ایک نئی تاریخ رقم کر دیا ، مگر افسوس اس بات کی ہے کہ ہمارے ملک کے لفافی میڈیا اور مفات پرست حکمران ان جیسے گوہر نیاب ھی حوصلہ افزائی کی بجائے اپنے کرسی کی فکر میں مصرف نظر آتے ہے ۔  
مگر میرے سمجھ سے بالا تر ہے کہ اعلیٰ تعلیم یافتہ افراد حکومت پاکستان اور اس کے اعلیٰ ادارے کیوں جان بوچ کر گلگت بلتستان کو پیچھ رکھا جاتا ہے؟
یہ بات سمجھنے سے قاصر ہے کہ گلگت بلتستان کی خوبصورتی  پر ہر کوئی پاکستان کا استعمال کرتا ہے مگر ان پہاڑوں میں چھپے گہور نایاب کا ذکر کوئی نہیں کرتا !
ریاست پاکستان کے اعلیٰ خصوصا وزیر اعظم صاحب سے گزارش ہے کہ ان بچوں کی حوصلہ افزائی کی جائے اور اپنی زندگی کے آخری ایام میں تعلیم سے محبت میں علم کی اہمیت کو اجاگر کرنے والے بزرگ طالب علم کی بھی حوصلہ افزائی کی جائے

ہم آپ کو بتا چکے ہے کہ امریکہ ایران پر کسی بھی صورت حملہ نہیں کرئے گا اس کی کچھ بنیادی وجوہات ہے۔اور وہ وجوہات بہت خاص ہے
اب آپ آخر تک ویڈیو کو دیکھئے آپ کی آنکھیں حیرت سے پھٹی کی پھٹی رہ جائے گی۔ ایسی خوف ناک اور حیرت انگیز انکشافات آپ کے سامنے رکھیں گے  جو پہلے کبھی نہیں سنا ہو گا
اس کی پہلی وجہ ایران کا میزائل سسٹم  ، یوں تو ایران نے   ابھی تک کوئی کارنامہ سر انجام نہیں دیا ہے  اس کی معشیت تباہ ہے  اس نے ہمسایہ ممالک میں کوئی اچھا رول پلے نہیں کیا  سائنس اور ٹیکنالوجی میں بھی ایران کی کوئی کارکرگی نظر نہیں آتی ، ایران کی فوج بھی  اتنی بڑی نہیں ہے اصلحہ بھی انتا جدید نہیں ،ایران نے ایک کام کیا ہے ، شارٹ رینج   اس کے خطرناک میزائل  کی تیاری جو دنیا کی کسی بھی دفائی نظام کو بائی پاس کر سکتے ہے  ایران اسرائیلی دشمنی میں ہے ہمیشہ  جیتا رہا ہے ہمیشہ سے مرتا رہا ہے صبح شام وہ اسی میں مگن رہا ہے  ۔ امریکہ کو اس کا پتہ ہے کہ اگر حملہ کرنے کی صورت میں ایران براہ راست اسرائیل کو نشانہ بنائے گاآیت اللہ خامنایٰ  روحانی اور ایران کے آرمی چیف ہے اور اطمنان کا اظہار کرتے ہے   امریکہ حملہ کریں ا س سے ایران کو کوئی فرق نہیں پڑے گا  کیونکہ ہم ان کے سر کا نشانہ لیں گے آپ  کو پتہ ہے کہ اسرائیل  امریکہ کے لئے بہت اہمیت کے حامل ہے  پورا امریکہ یہودی  لوبی کی وجہ سے چلتا ہے  ،۔ امریکہ کا  main decisions makers    وہ زائینسٹ ہے  زائینسٹ کبھی بھی نہیں چاہیں گے   کہ ان کو ذرا بھی نقصان ہو اسرائیل کو زرا بھی نقصان ہو ، اس لئے  امریکہ ایران پر براہ راست حملہ نہیں کر سکے گا۔ اس کی دوسری وجہ
امریکہ کا بنیادی مقصد ایران ہے ہی نہیں، ایران اس قدر اہمیت کے حامل ملک نہیں ہے کہ  امریکہ اس پر حملہ کرئے ، امریکہ کا اصلی ہدف چائینا اور پاکستان ہے  سی پیک اس کا ٹارگیٹ ہے

ابھی اگر دیکھےتو امریکہ کے ائیر بیسس پر جو بمبار طیاریں ہے  وہ ان ماملک کے گرد جمع کیا ہے جو چائینا اور پاکستان کو سلام کرتے ہے اس کا مقصد ان ممالک میں داخل ہونا تھا  تاکہ وہ اپنا  اگلہ مشن شروع کر سکے  اور چائینا اور پاکستان کو ڈی سٹیبلاز کریں  ایک طرف وہ جاپان کے ذریعے چائینا کو کنٹین کر رہا ہے  دوسری طرف اس حکمت عملی کے ذریعے  وہ اگلہ جو گھیل شروع کرنے والے ہے  وہ چائینا اور خاص طور پر پاکستان کے خلاف   ہے ۔اس لئے وہ  ایران کے خلاف حملہ نہیں کرئے گا

تیسری وجہ

ایران افغانستان اور عراق سے بہت مختلف ہے ۔  اس کی وجہ ایران کے عوام اس کی ریاست اور فوج کے  پیچے مکمل تیار کھڑ ے ہیں دو اسلامی ممالک ایسے ہے  جہاں پر ان کے عوام کے فوج کے ساتھ بہت محبت کرتی ہے۔  ایک پاکستان اور دوسرا ایران ،
 اسی لئے آپ نے دیکھا ہو گا کہ پاکستان میں بھی ایسی ایسی سٹینس کرنے کو کوشش کی جاتی ہے  کہ عوام کو فوج سے بد دل کیا جائے  لیکن دنیا میں اگر کوئی بھی ایسا ملک  کے شانہ بہ شانہ کھڑی رہے تو  کوئی کچھ نہیں بگاڑ سکتا،  دنیا میں اگر عوام فوج سے سب سے زیادہ محبت کرتی ہے تو وہ پاکستان ہے اس کے بعد ایران ہے
تو ایسی قوموں کو فتح کرنا جن کی  فوج کے پیچھے ان کے عوام کھڑی ہو  یہ ناممکن بات ہے آپ نے دیکھا کہ عراق میں  پہلے فوج کو عوام سے بدل کیا گیا  پھر امریکہ نے حملہ کی تو نہ عوام کی طرف سے مذاہمت کی نہ فو ج کی طرف سے ۔ تو اس  لئے ایران پر امریکہ حملہ نہیں کر سکتا
اس کی چوتھی وجہ

امریکہ کا بنیادی ہدف  میڈل ایسٹ کے اندر جو وسائل ہے ان پر تصرف حاصل کرنا ہے    اس کے لئے جو منصوبہ امریکہ کا بنایا ہوا ہے  وہ اسلام دشمن اجینسیز  کا پلین تھا وہ فرقہ وارانہ  تشدد ہے ۔ امریکہ چاہتا ہے کہ میڈل ایسٹ میں ایران اور سعودی عرب کی جنگ ہو ، اسی لئے آپ نے دیکھا سعودی عرب اور یو اے ای کے آوئل ٹینکرز پر حملہ ہوتا ہے  اور الزام ایرا ن پر لگا
ادھر  ایران کو اس قدر مجبور کیا جائے گا  کہ وہ آپنے آپنائے ہارمونس کو بلاک کر دے  راستہ کس کا روکا سعودی عرب کا  اس طرح سعودی عرب مجبور ہو جائے گا اور  ان کے درمیان خوف ناک جنگ کرانے کی سازش ہو رہی ہے

پانچوی وجہ

ایران کی اتحادی ہے ، ایران کا سب اس سے اہم  اتحادی میں پاکستان اور روس  ہیں مگر پہلی مرتبہ چین میدان میں کود پڑا ہے  اور ابھی آپ چائینا کے خبر رساں اداروں پر نظر دھرائے تو معلوم ہو گا کہ وہ چین نے صاف کہا ہے کہ وہ ایران کے ساتھ تیل کی تجارت کرئے گا، دنیا میں پہلی دفعہ چائینا کسی ملک کے لئے سامنے آیا ہے  اور اس نے اپنا سٹیجیک تعلوقات ایران کے ساتھ قائم کیا ۔ ایران پر حملہ کرنے کا مطلب چین پر حملہ تصور کیا جائے گا  اور چین پوری طاقت کے ساتھ ایران کی دفاع میں آچکا ہے  اس سے بڑی بات یہ ہے کہ ایران کا ہمسایہ پاکستان ہے  اس سے پہلے کوئی بھی سوپر پاور پاکستان کے ساتھ ٹکر لی ہے وہ ٹکروں کی صورت میں بکھر چکا ہے

ایران اور امریکہ جنگ کے دھانے پر| Iran VS America | Rising Tensions Between the US and Iran


ایران اور امریکہ جنگ کے دھانے پر کھڑے ہے اس حوالے سے تازہ تریں صورت حال کیا ہے ؟جنگ کی صورت میں دنیا کا نقشہ کیا ہو گا؟دونوں کی دفائی صلاحیت کیا ہے؟ اور اتحادیوں کی شمولیت کے بعد دنیا کا نقشیہ  کیا ہو گا؟ 

ایران انقلاب سے پہلے   امریکہ کا چوکیدار ہوا کرتا تھا اسی ذمانے میں عرب ممالک  امریکہ اور اسرائیل سے کئی جنگیں لڑ چکے تھے  1979  کے انقلاب کے بعد ایسا کیا ہوا کہ ایران اور امریکہ کا دست گریبان ہونے لگے؟ لمحہ بہ لمحہ ایک دوسرے کو تباہی کی دھمکیاں دیتے  رہے ہیں۔ امریکہ پہلے ہی ایران پر اتنی سخت   پابندیاں لگا چکا تھا  کہ اس کی معشیت تباۃ ہو کر رہ گئی ہے ۔ اب حالیہ ٹرپ کے اقتدار  میں آنے ک بعد اس نے پابندیاں   مزید سخت کر لی ہے  کہ اس حالت میں ایران کو سسٹین رہنا ناممکن ہو جائے گا۔ فاقوں کی نوبت آئی گی ، ادوات تک میسر نہیں ہونگے اور ایران اندورنی طور پر تباہی کا شکار ہو جا ئے گا،  ایران دنیا کا وہ واحد ملک ہے جس پرا مریکہ نے اس قدر پابندیاں لگا رکھی ہے اخر اس کی کیا وجوہات ہے  پہلے ہم اس پر نظر ڈھالتے ہے ۔اس کی بنیادی وجہ ایران کے اندر موجود سسٹم ہے  انقلاب کے بعد ایران کے اندر اسلامی نظام  بنایا گیا  تو امریکہ کو کسی بھی صورت قابل قبول نہیں ہے  ۔امریکہ ایک کپیٹلسٹ ملک ہے وہ ایسے کسی بھی نظام کو برداشت  کر نہیں سکتا     جہاں پر اس کے عزائم کے خلاف ہو ۔ امریکہ یہ چاہتا ہے کہ  کسی بھی ملک میں ماڈن ڈیموکریٹ سسٹم ہو جو اس کے لئے اور اس جیسے دیگر  عالمی استعماری قوتوں کے لئے  فائدہ مند ہو  ایسے نظام کی ترویج چاہتا ہے ۔ دنیا میں دو ایسے سیٹ اپ تھے ایک افغانستان میں طالبان کا اور ایران کا  جو امریکہ کی ماڈن ڈیموکریٹک سسٹم کے ضد  تھی ، یہی وجہ ہے کہ امریکہ  نے افغانستان میں طالبان کی اس حکومت کو  اُڑھا کر رکھ دیا اور اب وہ ایران کی اس نظام کے خلاف ہے ۔ دوسری وجہ ایران  کی جغرافیائی  پوزیشن ہے  ، ایرن جس جگہ موجود ہے یہ خلیج فارس کا علاقہ ہے اس کے ساتھ اپنائے قرنس لگی ہے ۔  اور یہاں سے دنیا کا 40 فیصد تیل  نکلتا ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ ایران ایک بڑا تیل پیدا کرنے والا ملک ہے  اور یہ  دنیا کا چوتھا بڑا ملک ہے جس میں تیل  کے بڑے ذخائر موجود ہے  اور دنیا کا دوسرا بڑا ملک ہے جہاں  پر  گیس کا بڑے ذخائری یوں تو پورا مشرق قبستا بھی تیل اور گیس کے ذخار سے مالا مال ہے  اسی وجہ سے امریکہ کے ہمیشہ سے اس خطے پر نظر رہی ہے ۔  بہت سارے ممالک کو اپنے تصرف میں لا چکا ہے اور جو بچے کچے ممالک ہے ان کے خلاف  نئی محاظ آرائی شروع کی ہے  اور حالیہ کشیدگی بھی اسی کی ایک کڑی ہے

ایران  کے ساتھ موجودہ کشیدگی میں  امریکنز جو عزائم ۔۔۔۔ یہ کشیدگی صرف ایران اور امریکہ کے درمیان نہیں رہے گی  بلکہ امریکہ اِسے   سی پیک تک بڑھانا چاہتا ہے۔  وہ کسی بھی صورت یہ نہیں چاہے گا  کہ چائینا اور پاکستان  کی مدد سے  Economic coridowr  اور one road one beld ka   جو کثیر مقاصدی منصوبہ ہے  وہ کسی صورت کامیاب ہو  اس کا تیسرا پہلو  گریٹر اسرائیل کا منصوبہ ہے۔ اسرائیل شروع سے ہی توسیع پسندانہ نظریات رکھاتا ہے۔  انہوں سے اپنے آپ کو expend کیا ہے ۔  اور ایک چھوٹے سے خطے سے ابھی وہ  فلسطین کی سرزمین پر قبضہ کر چکا ہے  اور اس کی نظر شام کے اوپر بھی ہے یہودیوں کی مذہبی نظریات پر نظر دھرایا جائے  تو شام پر قبضہ ان کی اولین ترجیح ہے ۔  یہی سے و ہ ار میڈگان  مذہبی جنگ کا آغاز کریں گے  اور ان کے عقیدے  کے مطابق  شام پر قبضہ کرنے کے بعد  پوری دنیا پر ان کی حکومت قائم ہو گئی،  موجودہ حالات میں  امریکہ اور اسائیل نے  عرب ممالک کے بہت سارے  ممالک کو اپنے کنٹول میں لے لیا ہے۔  کہیں پر انہوں نے انقلابی حکومتیں  جیسی کی مرسی کی حکومت تھی  اور سارے ممالک جو کہ  انقلابی اور اسلامی نظریات رکھتے تھے  وہاں پر یا تو بادشاہوں کو کھڑا کر دیا تھا یا ڈیکٹیڑز   کے حوالے کر لیا گیا۔ اس میں ایران ترکی پاکستان ہی وہ ممالک ہے  جو `the grater  اسرائیل کی راہ میں سب سے بڑی رکاوٹ ہے۔ آپ دیکھ لی جئے گا  کی امریکہ کی جارہانہ پالسیز  ایک طرف پاکستان کے حوالے  سے ہے ۔ ترکی  اور ایران کے حوالے سے ہے۔  چونکہ ایران کی سرحدیں شام سے ملتی ہے اور ایران کا  حماس اور شام کے حوالے سے بہت بڑا کردار رہا  ہے تو امریکہ اور اسرائیل کی  نظر اب ایران پر ہے۔  اس ملک کی تباہی کے بعد  گریٹر اسرائیل بننے کے منصوبے میں انہیں کوئی اور مشکل بظاہر دیکھائی نہیں دیتی ہے۔ لیکن یہ ان کی خام خیالی ہے اگر ایران نے فلسطین میں حماس کی مدد کی ہے شام کی مدد کی ہے اور مشرق قبسطہ میں  امریکہ کے تیار کر دہ  دائش جیسے  دہشت گرد نیٹ ورک  کے خلاف جنگ لڑی ہے  تو اس میں سب سے بڑا کردار پاکستان کا رہا ہے۔  یہ ایسے ممالک ہے جس کی بدولت  ایران ، امریکہ اور اسرائیل کے ساتھ  ڈڈا رہا ۔ پہلا ملک پاکستان ہے جس  نے دفائی لحاظ سے ایران کی بڑی مدد کی ہے۔  1965 اور 1971 میں  ایران نے پاکستان کی بے حد مدد کی تھی ۔ لیکن اس کے بعد انگیت ایسے مواقع آئے ہے ۔  جس نے پاکستان نے ایران کو کئی مشکل صورت حال سے نکالنے میں مدد کی ۔ یہ پاکستان کا انٹلیجس اور اس کا دفاعی  صلاحت ، جدید ہتھیار وں کی مدد تھی جس کے بدولت   فلسطین میں حمساس کی مدد کرتا رہا ، شام کی ریاست کو ٹوٹنے سے بچاتا رہا  اور دہشت گرد گورہوں سے کامیابی حاصل کرتا رہا۔دوسرا ملک ترکی ہے جس نے  معاشی تعاون سے ایران کو ٹوٹنے سے بچایا ، پوری دنیا ایران پر پابندی کی وجہ سے ایرا ن سے کنارہ کشی اختیار  کئی ہوئی تھی،  ترکی و ہ ملک تھا جس نے ایران کے ساتھ تجارت کیا  اور جب اس کی کرنسی  گر گئی تھی تو گولڈ نے اسے برنگگ سپیس دیتا رہا۔ تیسرا ملک روس ہے  جس نے سفارتی سطح پر ایران کی مدد کی چونکہ  روس امریکہ کا بہت بڑا حریف ہے اس حوالےسے روس کی طرف سے ان کو بہت حد تک مدد  دے رہی ہے ۔

امریکہ اور ایران کے درمیان  جنگ چھڑنے والی ہے  اس کی پورے دنیا پر بہت خطرناک اثرات مرتب ہونگے  جنگ کی ممکنہ نتیجے پر پہنچنے سے پہلے  آئیں دیکھتے ہیں دونوں ممالک کے  درمیاں دفاعی طاقت  کا موازنہ کرتے ہے۔ امریکہ کا ملیڑی بجت 610 ملین ڈالر ہے   جب کی ایران 2019  کے سٹیسٹک کے مطابق  14 ملین ڈالر  دفاعی اخراجات میں خرچ کرتا ہے۔

امریکہ کے پاس ایک ٹیم ملیڑی پرسلنز  بارہ لاکھ اکاسی ہزار 900 ہے۔  اور ایران کے پاس ساڑھے پانچ لاکھ ہے  ریزور پرسنز امریکہ کے پاس  8 لاکھ 11 ہزار اور ایران کے پاس 3 لاکھ50 ہزار 
ٹینک امریکہ کے پاس 6393 اور ایران کے پاس  2531  ہے
آرم فائیٹنگ ٹینکرز  امریکہ کے پاس 41 ہزار  ایران کے پاس 1600
ٹوٹل آرٹلری  3200 ایران کے پاس 4000
راکٹ آرٹلری  امریکہ کے پاس 1100 اور ایران کے پاس 1400 ہے
ائیر فورس کے میدان میں اگر دیکھا جائے  تو امریکہ کے پاس ٹوٹل ائیر کرافٹ  ببمبار طیارے  12000 ہے  جبکہ ایران کے پاس 850 ہے ۔
تو ناظرین آپ نے دیکھا فائی لحاظ سے  امریکہ ایران سے کئی گنا زیادہ  طاقتور ہے اس کے  پاس جدید ہتھیار امریکہ سے پاس بہت زیادہ ہے اور بہت لیٹس سٹال بھی ہے ۔

بس ایک میدان ایسا ہے جس میں ایران کو بڑی برتری حاصل ہے ۔ وہ ہے شہری تعاون  کہ عوام کو ایک کال پر کتنی تعداد میں جمع کیا جا سکتا ہے۔ اس حوالے سے ایرانی عوام اپنی ریاست اور حکومت  کے پیچے کھڑی نظر آئے گی،  اور امریکہ جیسے ملک کو  کسی بھی آبادی والے  ملک پر حملہ کر کے لوگوں کو  تباہ کر کے  قبض کرنا ممکن نہیں رہے گا 

اب ہم بات کرتے ہے دونوں ممالک کے اتحادیوں کی یہاں صورت حال انتہائی دلچپ  اور مختلف ہے ۔ یہاں پر ایران کو واضح برتری حاصل ہے۔  امریکہ کے اتحادیوں میں امریکہ اسرائیل  اور بھارت شامل ہے ۔ اس کے علاوہ چند عرب ممالک بھی ان کے ساتھ دے سکتا ہے۔ امریکہ کے اتحادیوں میں اس وقت سٹیجیٹ  پاٹنر ہے وہ بھارت ہے۔  امریکہ اور بھارت کے بڑے وسیع قسم کے دفائی معاہدہ  ہو چکے ہے۔  جبکہ اسرائیل  بھی امریکہ کے شانہ نہ شانہ کھڑا نظر آئے گا۔ دوسری طرف ایران  کے سٹیجک پاڑنر زمیں روس  کا نام سب سے پہلے آتا ہے۔ جب سے امریکہ ابراہم   نامی بہری بیڑا ہارموس پر پہچ چکا ہے ای 52 بمبار طیاری آبنائے۔۔۔ پر پہچ چکا ہے  روس کو امریکہ کو خبر دار کیا ہے کہ ان کے جنگی عزئم کا اسے ہی نقصان ہو گا۔ اس کے علاوہ  جو ملک ایران کے حوالے سے گیم چینجر ہو گا  وہ پاکستان ہے۔ پاکستان کسی بھی صورت  امریکہ اور اسرائیل کو  ایران پر حاوی ہوتا نہیں دیکھ سکتا۔  پاکستان بہ خوبی جاتا ہے۔  ایران کے بعد امریکہ اور اسرائیل  کی نظر عرب ممالک پر ہو گی اور  اس کے بعد ان کا روخ چین اور پاکستان  کی طرف ہو گا۔ پاکستان سنجیدگی کے ساتھ اس تمام معمولے کو دیکھ رہا ہے اور ماضی کی طرح وہ ایران کے پیچے کھڑا رہے گا  پاکستان کو یہ اعزاز حاصل ہے  جب بھی کوئی بھی دنیا کی طاقت چاہے وہ سپر پاور ہی کیوں نہ ہو  پاکستان کے سامنے ٹیک نہیں سکی ہے ۔ اور وہ ٹکروں میں منتشر ہو گئی ہے۔  حالیہ بھارتی عزائم اس کا منہ بولتا ثبوت ہے۔ پاکستان کے بعد چین وہ ملک ہے  جس سے ایران کو تیل اور گیس کی صورت میں  بہت فائدہ ہو رہا تھا۔  اور سی پیک کا منصوبہ  ایران سے منتصل ہے  جس کے ذریعے وہ یورپ  اور دوسرے مشرقی وسطیٰ کے ممالک  میں اپنے تجارت کو بڑھانے کے عزائم رکھتا ہے۔ چین  کسی صورت یہ برداشت نہیں کر پائے گا  کہ امریکہ ایران کو ڈی سٹیبلائز کریں  جس سے چین کا بنابنا پلین خاک میں مل جائے گا ۔  امریکہ کے ایران میں حملے کے بعد  دونوں طرف ان کے ایلائنس میدان میں کود پڑینگے   اور یہ جنگ ایک بہت بڑی جنگ میں تبدیل ہو گی۔  اور ہم بہ خوبی کہ سکتے ہے یہ تیسری عالمی جنگ کی صورت  اختیار کرسکتی ہے۔  اس وقت کی معلومات  اور تجزیوں کے مطابق   یہ جنگ ہر صورت میں ہوتی ہی نظر آتی ہے۔  امریکہ ہر صورت میں ایران پر لگائی ہوئی پابندی  پر عمل کرئے گا۔  دوسری طرف ایران کے پاس کوئی چارہ نہیں ہے کہ وہ ان پابندیوں کے خلاف مظاہمت کریں  ایران ایک طرف اپنی فوج کو  red sea  کی طرف اپنی فوج کو رانہ کر چکا ہے ۔  جہاں وہ شام میں امریکہ اور ان کے عزائم کو نقصان پہچانے کی کوشش کرئے گا۔  دوسری طر وہ اپنا تیل  بلیک میں بیجھنے کی کوشش کرئے گا۔  یا دیگر راستوں کوبھی بلاک کرنے کی کوشش کرئے گا۔  تو امریکہ   اپنا جدید ترین  ہتیار  اور دفاعی نظام جو اس نے  وہاں پرا نسٹال کیا ہے۔  ابراہم لنکر  بہری بیڑا وہاں پر  پر پہنچ چکا ہے  اور اس کے بمبار طیاری بلکل الٹ کھڑے ہے۔  بس ایک چھوٹی سی چنگاری   اس صورت حال کو بہت بڑی کشیدگی میں  کر لے گی،  ہماری دعا ہے کہ دنیا اس جنگی صورت حال سے باہر نکلے  اور پاکستان اور عالم اسلام   بت خابوں اور دشمنوں سے محفوظ ۔

Scope of Field Work Training:

As we know that fieldwork training is for the students to make them ready for the upcoming challenges in their professional life and also to make them study out of the classes. Class base education is ancient and old type of education and the fieldwork training is like a modern and new way of teaching by keeping the students out of the traditional classes and lectures.  In Social field work training students visit the house of affected person, prepare the profile of individual or a group. They also learn following things:
·         how to implement their skills
·         principles of social community work
·         casework
·         community organization
·         social action
The agency provides the platform to students to know about the service provisions, their goals, outcomes, stagnation and decline in the communities and the social and economic problems in the communities. The social fieldwork training has a wide scope in the world because it teaches the students o practice research methodology, skills and techniques by conducting small surveys. For example students studies the condition of person with mental disabilities or mental problems, provide special Assistance or Services to them by using given resources. The fieldwork training has a very deep effect on the life of social workers as they get to learn about the gender injustices and social injustice, forms of exploitation, violence and conflicts among people from different communities. When students go into different communities in their local residents they get to know that how they can develop a community and how they can overcome the problems of the community. The population of psychologically disturbed people and social welfare policy towards them in Pakistan.

According to a report of a prominent website pakistantoday.com "80 million Pakistanis are suffering from Psychological, Neurotic disorder which results in spiritual, Physical, Mental and Emotional illness all over the country."
 A report on mental health system in Pakistan of World Health Organization which was published in 2009. According to that report, Pakistan's mental health Policy was last revised in 2003. The mental health plan was also last revised in 2003. The disaster/emergency preparedness plan for mental health was last revised in 2006. The mental health legislation was enacted in 2001 and it focused on the access to mental health care including access to the least restrictive care; rights of mental health service consumers; family members, and other care givers; competency, capacity, and guardianship issues for people with mental illness; voluntary and involuntary treatment; accreditation of professionals and facilities; law enforcement and other judicial system issues for people with mental illness; mechanisms to oversee involuntary admission and treatment practices; and mechanisms to implement the provisions of mental health legislation.
A national mental health authority exists which provides advice to the government on mental health policies and legislation. The mental health authority also is involved in  service planning, service management and co-ordination and in monitoring and quality assessment of mental health services. Mental health services are not organized in terms of catchment/service areas. There are 3729 outpatient mental health facilities in the country, of which 1% are for children and adolescents only. These facilities treat 343.34 users per 100,000 general population. The average number of contacts per user is 9.31. Forty-six percent of outpatient facilities provide follow-up care in the community, while 1% has mental health mobile teams. In terms of available interventions, 1- 20% of users have received one or more psychosocial interventions in the past year. 624 Community-based psychiatric inpatient units are available in the country for a total of 1.926 beds per 100,000 population. 1% of these beds in community-based inpatient units are reserved for children and adolescents only. Five mental hospitals are available in the country; these are organizationally integrated with mental health outpatient facilities. In the last five years the number of beds in mental hospitals has raised up to four percent. In addition to beds in mental health facilities, there are also 0.02 beds for persons with mental disorders in forensic inpatient units and 1620 in other residential facilities such as homes for persons with mental retardation, detoxification inpatient facilities, homes for the destitute, etc.Twenty seven percent of the training for medical doctors is devoted to mental health, in comparison to 3% nurses and 11% non-doctor/non-nurse primary health care workers. In terms of refresher training, 16% of primary health care doctors have received at least two days of refresher training in mental health, while 5% of nurses and 13% of non-doctor/non-nurse primary health care workers have received such training. The total number of human resources working in mental health facilities or private practice per 100,000 population is 87.023. The breakdown according to profession (raw numbers) are as follows: 342 psychiatrist, 25782 other medical doctors (not specialized in psychiatry), 13643 nurses, 478 psychologists, 3145 social workers, 22 occupational therapists, 102597 other health or mental health workers (including auxiliary staff, non-doctor/non-physician primary health care workers, health assistants, medical assistants, professional and paraprofessional psychosocial counselors). Forty five percent of psychiatrists work only for government administered mental health facilities, 51% work only for NGOs/for profit mental health facilities/private practice, while 4% work for both the sectors. As for nurses, 6582 work in outpatient facilities, 7018 in community-based psychiatric inpatient units and 43 in mental hospitals. In regards to other health or mental health workers, 101055 work in outpatient facilities, 1308 in community-based psychiatric inpatient units and 234 in mental hospitals. In terms of staffing in mental health facilities, there are 187 psychiatrists per bed in community-based psychiatric inpatient units, in comparison to 14 psychiatrists per bed in mental hospitals.
The number of professionals graduated last year in academic and educational institutions per 100,000 is as follows: 2.1 medical doctors (not specialized in psychiatry); 1.5 nurses (not specialized in psychiatry); 0.002 psychiatrists; 0.07 psychologists with at least 1 year training in mental health care; 0.008 nurses with at least 1 year training in mental health care; 0.005 social workers with at least 1 year training in mental health care; 0.002 occupational therapists with at least 1 year training in mental health care. The 1-20% of psychiatrists emigrates to other countries within five years of the completion of their training.
The government provides economic support for both consumer and family associations. Family associations have been involved in the formulation or implementation of mental health policies, plans, or legislation in the past two years. Government agencies (e.g., Ministry of Health or Department of mental health services); NGOs; professional associations, private trusts; and foundations, International agencies have promoted public education and awareness campaigns in the last five years. In addition to legislative and financial support, there are formal collaborations between the government department responsible for mental health and the departments/agencies responsible for primary health care/ community health, HIV/AIDS, reproductive health, child and adolescent health, substance abuse, child protection, education, employment, housing, welfare, criminal justice, the elderly, and other departments/Agencies.

Indeed most of the students are unaware of the Importance of fieldwork training of students. The main reasons behind why do universities train their students and send them to do field work in different fields settings are as follows:
1.     That's how students are able to learn practically in the field area and that's how they able to get out of class based education and get ready for the professional and upcoming life as a social worker.
2.     Field work allows the students to interact with the people who are professional social workers and to learn from them how to do work lonely and how to do work in a team form.

Methods of field Work:

1.  History:

    The first method of fieldwork is to know why social workers do fieldwork. The social workers should know the purpose and history of fieldwork in Social Worker's professional life. The fieldwork placement could be of any kind such as a student can be placed at a hospital, social welfare complex or any welfare organization. The actual work of fieldwork is to apply and use all the resources given by the fieldwork setting in order to learn practically within the given opportunities. The social field work is done by social workers by being associated with the communities. The knowledge of what should a social worker do in what sort of conditions is the real study which should be done before starting the field work of any kind or nature. The person who is responsible for this sort of teaching is the fieldwork advisor (who is present at the university) or the field work in charge (who supervise the students at field setting). The most responsible person is the student himself that he should make himself well acknowledged about the field work study by studying via books or any type of available resources.

2. Carrying out Field Research:

    The second method of social work fieldwork is to carry out the research of that setting or agency and the environment which has been given to the learner to learn and study from. The Fieldwork research will be more clear if the student is involved and has the ability of excellent observation. The social field workers should be open about new cultures and diversities that's how they will be able to notice the things which other visitors may fail to notice in that area or community. For example, we were placed at a Psychiatric Community Center where we were classified as a group of the student work from the University that's why we were allowed to interact with the patients and the staff as well. This privilege gave us the opportunity to do fieldwork research and that's how we learned the different sort of problems related to mental health and also we learned how to work as a social worker in this order of placement. The research of fieldwork setting real closely not only break any sort of stigmas related to any concept but also make the learner learn more sufficiently about the place, about the field placement, surroundings, the environment, and the population.
When a social worker is working in a field he or she also notices that the work is too different from the theories and ideas are given in a class-based education. Field research is done by observation of the participants, data collection, and survey researches.

3. Field Record:

When social workers are working in a field an important work and duty for social workers to do is to keep the field record which is essential for the process report later. Field record is simply the record of procedures, experiences and observations which were done by the social worker in a local area or community. Social worker firstly take the mental notes and later write it down in different forms.
Kinds of field Record:
Usually there could be many types of field recording but as students we were asked to keep the following forms of field records:
·         Minute Book
·         Daily Diary
·        Process Record

4. Interviewing the Affected People:

The social worker is always working with the group of people which are affected by a problem. The fourth method of a social fieldwork is to interact and interview the affected persons individually or in group. The interaction and interviewing of those affected persons make the data collection and research of any sort easier. As we were working in a Psychiatric Community Center we were asked to fill out the patient satisfaction forms. The purpose of patient satisfaction form is to know if there is some sort of problem with staff. The social worker and evaluation officer is responsible to take action against any kind of misshape happening at the agency. By interviewing the affected people social worker can learn how to interact with affected people and also how to take responsible decisions related to the problem.
The social workers could be asked to complete any sort of research work via agency as we were asked to perform the Interviews of the Attendees of the Psychological Patients. The topic of research was "the attitude scale of mental illness". The group of students performed interviews of the attendees of the Psychological patients and helped the agency to complete research.


5. Examining Data:

The Last and the 5th method of Social Fieldwork is examining the data which was collected by the students or social worker in a fieldwork setting. The social workers are responsible to gather the data in different forms and copies then the field in-charge or field advisor is responsible to examine the data, if the data is genuine or not?  The field advisor or in charge than also notices that if a social work student has learned enough from those hours spent at a setting. They are responsible to mention the mistakes done Social Work students in the fieldwork data collection so that they could get ready for the professional life.
